Accommodation

The conference hotel is the Kimpton St. George, 280 Bloor Street, Toronto, Ontario M5S 1V8. To make your hotel reservation, go to the Accommodations tab. 

Rates:

  • Standard room (double occupancy): $319.00 per night*

  • *Rates exclusive of breakfast.

  • Delegates are responsible for the cost of their room, taxes, and incidental costs. 

Applicable taxes: 13% HST and 6% Municipal Accommodation Tax.

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 12:00 p.m.

Parking at the Hotel

Overnight self-parking is available at $45 (plus HST) per night. Unlimited in and out privileges are granted with parking fees. 

Arrivals 

The official arrival date is Tuesday, October 13, 2026. A registration desk will be available on Tuesday, October 13 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the hotel lobby.

Transportation Options

Delegates and accompanying persons are responsible for their own transportation to and from their point of arrival and the hotel. The Greater Toronto Area has two airports – one on the city’s outskirts and one downtown, as follows:

  1. Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), located 40 km from downtown Toronto, is approximately 40 minutes by car to the hotel.

  2. Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ), located near downtown Toronto, is approximately 15 minutes by car to the hotel.

For Toronto Pearson International Airport:

  • Taxis and airline limos are available just outside the terminals.

  • The Union Pearson Express (UP Express), a rail link connecting travellers from Toronto Pearson to Union Station in 25 minutes, is located in Terminal 1, directly adjacent to the Link Train service connecting Terminals 1 and 3. The UP Express service counter is in the International Arrivals hall of Terminal 1. You can purchase tickets online: www.upexpress.com or at the ticket vending machines at the airport. Once you arrive at Union Station, taxis are available along Front Street to transport you to the hotel.

For Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport:

  • Taxis are available just outside the terminal. If you use ride sharing apps, you can request a pick-up in specific curbside areas located on the mainland side once you exit the terminal.

Business Sessions

Business sessions will take place in the Legislative Chamber at the Ontario Legislative Building. The hotel is within walking distance of the venue and transportation will not be provided, unless there is an accessibility requirement.  

Dietary and Special Requirements

Please indicate your dietary and/or special requirements on the registration form. We will make every effort to accommodate you if notified in advance. 

Identification

Upon registration, conference participants will be provided with identification badges and are asked to wear them at all times throughout the conference, and at all business sessions and events.

Expenses

All delegates are responsible for their transportation costs and those of their accompanying family members, to and from Toronto, accommodation costs, meals not included in the program, and all personal expenses. 

Networking Sessions

There is no room assigned for networking sessions.

Legislative Gift Shop

The Legislative Assembly Gift Shop, located in the Legislative Building, offers a wide selection of unique gifts, souvenirs and exclusive items reflecting the heritage and culture of Ontario. The Gift Shop is open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Monday to Thursday and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Fridays. Show your conference ID and receive a 10% discount on all purchases.

Weather

October weather in Toronto features a mix of crisp mornings, mild and sunny afternoons, and occasional rainfall with temperatures ranging from 4°C to 16°C (39°F to 61°F). Be sure to pack layers and check the weather forecast before departure.
